We take prep seriously. Our standard process includes:

Sanding all surfaces

Filling small holes and imperfections

Gapping cracks

Spot-priming with stain blockers or mould inhibitors as needed

Protecting floors and furniture with drop sheets

We ask that large furniture is moved to the centre of the room and that smaller items are packed away. We cover all furniture and flooring with drop sheets for protection.
We supply premium-quality paints from trusted brands like Dulux, Taubmans, and Wattyl. If you prefer another brand or wish to supply your own paint, just let us know during quoting — we’ll adjust the price accordingly. We recommend using brands we trust to ensure the best result.
We use premium ranges from Dulux, Taubmans, and Wattyl, depending on the project. If you have a preferred colour or brand, we’re happy to accommodate.
Yes. We can use low-VOC or eco-friendly paints on request — just let us know if this is important to you during quoting.
Timeframes vary depending on the size and scope of the job. We’ll give you an estimated duration when quoting and keep you updated throughout the process. If you have a deadline, let us know early.
We usually work in teams of 2 to 4, depending on the size and timeframe of the job.
No — you’re not required to be home. We just need access and clear instructions. We ask that pets are secured, and we’re happy to follow lock-up or alarm procedures.
If weather delays the job, we’ll pause and reschedule the affected work at no extra charge. We’ll work with you to find a suitable new date.
Yes, absolutely. We use dustless sanding systems indoors to reduce mess and always tidy up after ourselves. All rubbish is removed, and we vacuum interior spaces if needed before we leave.
Yes. If your job is valued at $3,300 or more, it will include QBCC Home Warranty Insurance, which protects you from defects for 6 years and 6 months. We also offer a 48-hour touch-up period — if you notice anything once we’re done, let us know within 2 days and we’ll come back to fix it.
Yes. All jobs come with a formal written invoice.

We recommend:

Avoid wiping surfaces for at least 7 days to allow the paint to cure fully

Use a damp cloth (not abrasive cleaners) for marks

Avoid hanging wall art or using adhesive hooks until the paint has fully cured.

We pride ourselves on quality and communication. If something doesn’t look right, let us know within 48 hours — we’ll make it right. Our goal is for you to be 100% satisfied before we mark the job as complete.
If touch-ups are needed, just let us know within 48 hours of job completion. For ongoing maintenance (e.g. repaints after tenancy changes, wear and tear, etc.), we’re happy to quote this as a separate paid service.
Yes, we follow QBCC deposit guidelines: 5% deposit for jobs $20,000 and over 10% deposit for jobs $3,300 and over 20% deposit for jobs under $3,300 This protects both parties and secures your booking in our schedule.
